The following conditions must be met to use baje light's services. These terms are mandatory for all members and take effect from the moment of registration.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Submitting false or misleading information is prohibited.
• A national ID or other identity document may be requested to verify your account.
• Baje light reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

The security of your baje light account is primarily your own responsibility. Regardless of what occurs on the account, the registered member is accountable for all activity.

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify the support team immediately.
• Logging in over public Wi-Fi or on a shared device is risky — it's best to avoid it.
• We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication on your account.

Baje light is committed to keeping your account information secure at all times. However, baje light will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your account details with others.

Baje light follows a clear and transparent policy for deposits and withdrawals. The following rules apply to all payment-related matters.

• Minimum deposit: ৳50 BDT. Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 BDT per day (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified account number that has been approved for use.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the original deposit method wherever possible. For exceptions, please contact the support team.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• Baje light reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal while investigating any suspicious transaction.

Baje light regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed. General bonus policy is outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must meet the specified Wagering Requirement before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are generally 15x to 30x the bonus amount. Specific conditions are listed on each bonus page.
• Bonus abuse — including claiming bonuses unfairly through multiple accounts or strategic betting — is strictly prohibited.
• Baje light reserves the right to revoke or modify any bonus for legitimate reasons.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

All games on baje light are conducted fairly and impartially. The following gaming rules apply to all members.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring complete fairness.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed (a cash-out option may be available in select Live Betting situations).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be cancelled and the wager refunded.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets will be refunded.
• Certain games may have maximum bet limits, which are stated on the respective game page.
• Placing bets on the same game from multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any game, baje light's decision shall be considered final. That said, our support team is always ready to hear reasonable complaints.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baje light. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus Abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple IDs or exploitative strategies.
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Accessing or operating another member's account without their permission.
• Making unauthorized modifications or additions to baje light's software or systems.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.

Baje light believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We are mindful of every member's mental and financial well-being, and are committed to promoting responsible gaming.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• A Cooling-off Period option is available, allowing you to take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Members wishing to self-exclude can apply to have their account permanently closed.
• Parents are advised to use parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

Baje light reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violating any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with incorrect or false information.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• The member requests to close their own account.

If there is a remaining balance when an account is closed, we will attempt to return it. However, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a rule violation.
